Tasting Notes

Deep violet in color, almost opaque. On the nose it displays aromas of blackberries, black plums and fresh violets, with notes of leather, damp earth and dark spices. On the palate it is structured and enveloping, with firm yet silky tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, persistent finish that leaves a lasting impression.

🍽️ Ideal with aged beef cuts, game stews and bold blue cheeses. A wine that transforms the table into a special moment.

VINEYARD LOCATION

ALTITUDE: 320 masl.

SOIL TYPE: Clay-sandy soils with rounded stones, good permeability and thermal retention.

HARVEST: Manual and selective, in small 15 kg boxes. Late harvest to ensure optimal phenolic ripeness. Harvest date: second half of April.

WINEMAKING: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Extended maceration of 21 days for maximum color and tannin extraction.
