OAK AGING: 100% of the wine for 12 months in oak barrels.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.1%

Tasting Notes

Deep and vibrant in color, with aromas of ripe black and red fruits accompanied by subtle notes imparted by its barrel aging. On the palate, it displays an elegant and persistent structure and texture, with great balance and drinkability.

🍽️ Pairs nobly with rich meats and hearty stews, enveloping every bite in harmony and depth.

VINEYARD LOCATION

ALTITUDE: 300 m.a.s.l.

VINEYARD: Old vineyard of over 120 years, mass selection, own-rooted vines, traditional flood irrigation.

SOIL TYPE: The vineyard features alluvial and colluvial soils with clay-loam texture.

HARVEST: Manual, differentiated by soil type and optimal ripeness, selecting similar qualities within the same block. Harvest date: during the month of March.

WINEMAKING: Conventional winemaking process, fermentation with controlled temperature.
