Tasting Notes

Lively on the palate, with an oleaginous and sweet texture, good structure without excessive weight, balanced complexity and impressive fruit concentration; its ruby red color with violet highlights is accompanied by aromas of cherries and currants interwoven with spiced notes, fresh tobacco and vanilla.

VINEYARD LOCATION

ALTITUDE: 300 and 350 masl.

SOIL TYPE: The vineyard has alluvial and colluvial soils, with clay loam texture.

HARVEST: Manual, differentiated by more and less vigorous sectors, selecting similar qualities within the same block. Harvest date: late March.

WINEMAKING: Conventional winemaking process, fermentation with controlled temperature.
